1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 pound dark chocolate
1/2 cup hot chocolate powder
1/8 cup crushed pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1. Heat the cream in a pan and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from the stove.
2. Add chocolate chunks and stir till melted and creamy.
3. Add vanilla and stir.
4. Whip the mixture using a blender until stiff peaks form.
5. Fold in crushed pecans.
6. Once cooled, roll into bite sized balls.
7. Roll truffles in hot chocolate powder and store in a cool place.
