Summer Rainbow Smoothie

Ingredients

¼ pound Watermelon

¼ pound sweet Papaya

¼ pound Alphonso mangoes

¼ pound Kiwis

¼ pound Blueberries

¼ pound Raspberries

1 ripe Cavendish banana

1 cup chilled whole milk

5 Mint leaves

3 Pepper corns

2 teaspoons fresh cream

A pinch of nutmeg

2 cups ice cubes

Sugar as desired

Directions

Watermelon Smoothie

Blend seedless watermelon, 5 ice cubes, sugar, mint leaves and pepper corns. Serve chilled.

Papaya Smoothie

Blend papayas, ½ cup milk, 5 ice cubes and sugar. Sprinkle powdered nutmeg on top. Serve chilled.

Mango Smoothie

Blend ½ cup milk, mangoes, sugar, 5 ice cubes. Garnish with fresh cold cream. Serve chilled, or frozen.

Kiwi Smoothie

Blend the kiwis, ½ banana, ½ cup milk, sugar and 5 ice cubes. Serve chilled.

Berry Smoothie

Blend the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, sugar, ½ banana, sugar and 5 ice cubes. Serve chilled.
